Crockless

I have not been using m crock- pots very much this year ... I don't know why I just haven't ... 

I find myself really missing my old oven

It was a gas oven .... I have two electric ovens now ... I miss cooking in a large gas oven

I miss the stovetop the most - it had a fifth-burner tha converted to. A Griddle in the Middle

It was wonderful for canning - the huge water bath fit on the center burner and there was still room for two large stock pots on the outside two burners (I didn't use the inside burners very much)

The griddle in the middle was great for making pancakes on ... Frying eggs ... Cooking burgers/hot dogs/steaks.

Oh how I miss it
